Interviews (Student Led Conferences)
Last Wednesday all teachers were involved in conducting our first parent interviews here at Laurimar. Parents of children in prep were involved in an interview with only the class teacher; parents of children in all other grades were involved in student led conferences. The three-way conference allows your child to have input into the interview session – this process certainly proved extremely successful. This is indeed a great opportunity to involve the children in the interviews, allowing them to describe both their goals and achievements throughout the first half of the year.
