Professional Development and Training
Our staff are constantly refining their practice through ongoing professional development and training in the areas of Literacy and Numeracy proficiency, along with student Health and Wellbeing. We understand the importance of staying up to date with the latest teaching methods, pedagogies and techniques, equipping us with the tools to engage and inspire our students.
Using Data and Engaging in Moderation
We recognise the value of using student data to inform our teaching strategies, allowing us to tailor instruction to the specific needs of each child. By consistently analysing and assessing the data our students provide (using Harvard Data Wise protocols), we are able to make informed decisions that lead to improved learning outcomes and achievements.
Providing a Holistic Education
Our dedicated staff members go above and beyond to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that transcends academic excellence.
We believe in a holistic education, providing unique opportunities to connect outside the classroom such as our Camping Program and participation in InterSchool Sports. Our teachers actively participate alongside students in their roles as activity leaders and/or coaches. We foster a sense of fun, whilst encouraging children to try new experiences they may not have yet had the opportunity to experience.
